The gates and mesh panels had to mirror each other side by side, across multiple sections and corners. That meant every steel frame had to be reverse-cut and welded in perfect symmetry — so that spacing, support, and locking hardware would align exactly on both sides. Even a 1/8″ difference could throw off the gate’s swing and panel tension.

Each post and top rail was fabricated from 2″x2″ square steel tubing, mirror-cut and then welded to custom mounting brackets anchored into the concrete slab. The wire mesh inserts were pre-cut and tack welded inside the steel frames using MIG welders, with every seam polished and ground for a seamless finish. The gate latch zones were especially challenging since they required both mirror-cut panel reinforcement and fully aligned latch receivers. That meant dry-fitting each gate twice before final weld.

The stairs also received railing panels fabricated to match the fence’s visual flow. These were trickier due to the incline. Our team created angular templates to ensure the mirrored side rail matched the existing angle of ascent, with mirrored steel posts welded at the exact opposite positions. Once we completed the dry fit, we coated the entire structure with a matte black powder finish that offers both rust resistance and modern appeal.
